About the role

Starbucks Store team in Rajkot, India focuses on delivering the Starbucks Experience through exceptional coffee service and partner development. The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager by overseeing daily operations, coaching partners, and ensuring quality and safety standards during shifts. This role is based on-site in Rajkot with a hybrid schedule of on-site shifts as needed.

What you’ll do

• Assist the Store Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts
• Deploy partners and delegate tasks to maintain the Starbucks Experience
• Provide coaching and feedback to partners to improve performance
• Handle cash management and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies
• Deliver legendary customer service and manage customer interactions
• Organize opening and closing duties and maintain attendance punctuality
• Support new partner training and recognize team accomplishments
