About the role

Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS), part of the Tata Group, is hiring a Team Member - Training in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The role focuses on identifying capability development needs, executing learning interventions with agencies/partners, and delivering product induction training to new joiners and existing employees. You will track post-training effectiveness, maintain training KPIs, and develop certifications to build product proficiency across the team.

What you’ll do

• Identify individual-wise capability development needs based on business/functional needs at the regional level
• Work directly with identified agencies/partners to execute learning interventions and create a continuous learning culture
• Implement post-training effectiveness framework — track and publish progress per the laid-out framework, including PEPs
• Develop employee certifications/courses to attain distinct levels of proficiency in product training
• Maintain training data and relevant reports, including weekly/monthly/yearly process KPI training reports for stakeholder presentation
• Provide product induction training to new joiners and existing employees
• Analyze day-to-day training needs in the team, specifically for underperforming associates
• Develop new approaches and techniques to improve training programs and measure trainee performance after sessions

What you’ll bring
