About the role

Tax Services team at RSM US Integrated Services India Private Limited provides tax compliance and advisory for asset management clients. The Senior Associate prepares complex private equity, hedge fund and FoF partnership tax returns, reviews filings, and conducts tax research while mentoring junior staff. Bengaluru, on-site, full-time role with client interaction and opportunity to stay current on tax law changes.

What you’ll do

Prepare complex private equity, hedge fund and FoF partnership tax returns
Review and analyze tax returns for accuracy
Research tax issues and summarize conclusions
Develop, motivate, and train staff and interns
Interact directly with clients to address tax questions

What you’ll bring

2-3 years business taxation experience in Big 4 or large accounting firm
Eligible to sit for CPA, CA, EA or licensed JD
Experience preparing and reviewing tax returns
Working knowledge of tax code and compliance

Nice to have

Active CPA, EA, CA or JD/LLM preferred
Strong technical skills in accounting and tax within asset management
