ASHOK LEYLAND LTD. seeks a Senior Team Member for New Product Development Quality in Kolhapur, India, to ensure part approval and supplier quality. What you’ll do

• Manage new/EDM part approval including DFM study and tooling approval
• Conduct PPAP audits and bulk approvals for SOP
• Resolve current supplier quality issues and field failures
• Assess new suppliers using QCLDM and commodity-specific criteria
• Implement corrective actions and review resubmissions at supplier end
• Drive process improvement, digitalization, and horizontal deployment
• Analyze casting defects to establish robust quality systems
• Manage unforeseen changes affecting parts quality

What you’ll bring

• 10-15 years of experience
• Expertise in casting process defects analysis
