SAP BTP LLM Developer-Manager

About the role

EY's Global Delivery Services seeks an SAP BTP LLM Developer-Manager to lead enterprise AI solution architecture on the SAP Business Technology Platform. The role involves designing Generative AI, LLM, and RAG solutions while mentoring technical teams and driving innovation from concept to production. This position is based in multiple Indian cities including Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad.

What you’ll do

• Lead architecture and implementation of AI/ML solutions on SAP BTP
• Define enterprise AI architectures using AI Core and GenAI Hub
• Design LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions aligned with business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI-driven transformation opportunities
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to AI/ML engineers
• Establish best practices for AI governance, security, and scalability
• Drive stakeholder discussions, architecture reviews, and client presentations
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends

What you’ll bring

• 8–12+ years overall technology experience
• 4–6 years in AI/ML and Generative AI delivery
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, AI, ML, or Data Science
• Strong hands-on expertise with SAP BTP AI services
• Proficiency in Python and cloud-native architectures

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Joule, Agentic AI, or Knowledge Graphs
• Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock
• SAP BTP, Cloud, or Enterprise Architecture certifications
