The Senior Lead Engineer leads verification efforts across IP/SubSystem designs, drives methodology adoption, ensures zero-defect outcomes, and collaborates with local and remote teams. What you’ll do

• Evaluate and deploy verification methodologies for complex IP designs
• Own quality adherence throughout project cycles
• Analyze processes and implement improvements for zero-defect IPs
• Develop testbenches and test plans for functional verification
• Perform simulation debugging and regression management
• Drive verification methodology adoption for senior candidates
• Collaborate with local and remote teams on verification challenges
• Participate in pre/post silicon validation activities

What you’ll bring

• 7-13 years IP verification experience
• UVM/SV/C++ and Verilog/VHDL proficiency
• Testbench and testplan development
• Microcontroller architecture with ARM cores
• Experience with AHB/AMBA, AXI, memory interfaces
• Formal verification and SVA knowledge
• Leadership of verification projects
• Collaboration with remote/multi-site teams
