About the role
Salesforce DevOps team drives resilient CI/CD pipelines and release automation for Salesforce implementations. The Senior Technical Consultant leads design, setup, and execution of DevOps frameworks for small‑to‑medium projects, collaborates with architects on enterprise programs, and champions AI‑first workflow tools. Role based in Hyderabad/Bangalore with a hybrid work model, supporting client stakeholders and ensuring continuous delivery success.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and manage expectations
- Assess and improve existing DevOps processes, tools, and practices
- Design, present, and implement tailored DevOps solutions
- Drive selection and implementation of DevOps tools and technologies
- Set up and execute Salesforce DevOps frameworks for projects
- Partner with Technical Architects on large‑scale engagements
- Ensure successful continuous delivery deployments across environments
- Champion AI‑assisted coding and workflow automation
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years Salesforce platform experience with DevOps focus
- Hands‑on with Salesforce DX, CLI, Metadata API, Apex, LWC
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and Git version control
- Deep knowledge of sandbox strategy, source‑driven development, branching and release governance
- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment models and test automation tools
- Docker and pipeline orchestration experience
- Performance monitoring tools (Event Monitoring, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor)
- Strong client‑facing communication and project leadership
