About the role
BPS OPS team builds enterprise BPM solutions using Pega. The BPM Technical Architect designs, develops and scales applications on Pega's Constellation architecture, creates complex workflows, integrates with external systems and leads performance tuning. Works onsite in India, collaborating with analysts, PMs and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement scalable Pega applications
- Architect complex workflows and case life cycles
- Lead integration design and troubleshoot issues
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements
- Perform performance tuning using Pega diagnostic tools
- Create and maintain technical documentation
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years Pega application development
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification
Nice to have
- Hands‑on experience with Pega Constellation design system
- Proficiency in REST, SOAP and messaging integrations
