Bangalore, Karnataka, IN, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days.

What you’ll do

• Lead engineering team delivering scalable APIs and data platforms
• Own technical direction and AI‑first tooling implementation
• Ensure operational excellence through incident management, SLOs, and reliability improvements
• Drive talent management including hiring, coaching, and performance reviews
• Communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years software engineering experience
• Strong hands‑on Go and Python in production
• Experience building REST/GraphQL APIs at scale
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse
• Proficiency with ELK and Grafana for observability
• Understanding of Data Lakehouse concepts and analytics pipelines
• Demonstrated operational excellence and CI/CD practices
• Talent management and team building skills
