About the role

The Manitowoc Company, Inc. is seeking an Intern - Operations (Graduate Engineer Trainee) in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The intern will help maintain smooth workflow, prepare reports and dashboards, and support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement efforts while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and company policies.

  • Support department activities to ensure smooth workflow
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain data and reports
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance department workflow
  • Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
