About the role

Finance & Accounts Team at Bajaj Finance leads AI, GenAI and RPA initiatives for banking and NBFC stakeholders. The Lead drives end‑to‑end delivery of automation solutions, oversees portal and tool development, and manages a cross‑functional team of developers and business analysts. Based in Pune corporate office, the role operates on‑site with hybrid collaboration across data, IT and security teams.

What you’ll do

• Lead delivery of AI, GenAI and RPA initiatives from intake to hypercare
• Manage developers and business analysts, define sprint plans and remove blockers
• Document AS‑IS/TO‑BE processes, BRDs, solution designs and test artefacts
• Oversee portal and external tool development ensuring security and performance
• Partner with data teams to define requirements and validate outputs using SQL and Databricks
• Utilize Power Automate and Python to build automations and workflows
• Manage vendor scopes, SOWs, SLAs and quality governance
• Promote responsible use of Copilot/ChatGPT and Azure AI Foundry
