About the role

Deal Advisory & Strategy (DA&S) – Tech M&A team at KPMG provides due diligence and integration support for technology aspects of deals. As an Intern you will assist Tech M&A Managers with data analysis, report drafting, and client communications on due diligence, integration and separation projects. Work is based in Gurgaon with occasional collaboration with teams in Mumbai and Bangalore, on a part‑time on‑site schedule.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably Technology
Relevant PG/Masters degree or certification preferred
