What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain quality standards for processing materials
- Design and implement inspection and testing procedures
- Analyze reports and recommend corrective actions
- Evaluate reliability of materials, properties, and techniques
- Advise design engineering on component selection and testing
- Develop acceleration techniques and analytical tools for early problem identification
- Prepare First Article Inspection Reports and achieve KPIs
- Adopt data‑driven approaches to resolve product evaluation issues
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years experience in Product Quality Assurance in Electronics Manufacturing
- Product Reliability Lab experience
- Experience with electronic or electrical performance evaluation
- Background in electronic or electrical work
