About the role

Customer Acquisition Team at Muthoot FinCorp focuses on onboarding traders and expanding the customer base for sanctioned programs. The role drives end‑to‑end trader onboarding, sets credit limits, ensures documentation compliance, and aligns operations with MFL’s strategic goals. Based in Trichy with on‑site work, the specialist collaborates across internal stakeholders and may travel within the region.

What you’ll do

• Onboard traders for sanctioned programs and acquire new customers
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to set credit limits and ensure policy compliance
• Maintain efficient operations and strategic alignment between MFL and customers
• Ensure all required documentation is completed for credit limit setting
• Leverage internal synergies through cross‑functional collaboration

What you’ll bring

• Graduate or postgraduate degree
• 1-3 years managing small business owners
• Proven sales and promotional experience
• Excellent communication and man‑to‑man sales skills
• Ability to work under high pressure and hands‑on execution
• Fluent in English and regional language
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Financial knowledge is a plus
