About the role

Axis Bank's Bharat Banking department seeks a Sales Manager in Purnia to drive rural lending business. The role involves leading a team, sourcing loan proposals, and managing customer relationships for farm mechanization products. This is an on-site position requiring 2-4 years of experience.

• Lead a team of executives for rural lending
• Source loan proposals in the rural lending space
• Achieve disbursement targets and maintain portfolio quality
• Handle customer queries and provide solutions
• Promote and cross-sell other products
• Manage customer relationships to increase depth
• Ensure compliance with KYC/SEBI rules

What you’ll bring

• Graduation/Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
