What you’ll do
- Develop transformation vision and assess feasibility
- Create automation and AI/ML roadmaps for RTR
- Lead end‑to‑end finance transformation initiatives
- Engage senior client leadership on target operating models
- Drive metrics and balance scorecard improvements
- Manage proposal pipeline and RFP responses
- Advise on automation governance and ecosystem design
What you’ll bring
- 16-25 years experience
- Expertise in Record to Report processes
- Strong SAP FI/CO functional skills
- Design Thinking and journey mapping experience
- Proven delivery of large‑scale transformation projects
- Ability to engage CXO level stakeholders
- Leadership of high‑performance teams
