About the role
Securonix seeks a Platform Engineer to own and evolve systems powering customer education and community experience, including training delivery platforms, hands‑on lab environments, and integrations across identity, support, and community systems. The role blends DevOps, platform engineering, and customer experience to ensure reliability, scalability, and seamless integration across multiple systems that directly impact customer engagement.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end reliability and performance of training and lab platform
- Manage and improve hands‑on lab environments aligned with product releases
- Design and maintain automation for provisioning, deployment, and operational workflows
- Build and manage infrastructure as code for scalable environments
- Support and troubleshoot integrations across identity, support, and community systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers
- Improve CI/CD pipelines to increase deployment speed and reliability
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for production systems
- Partner with product, support, and engineering teams to improve platform experience
- Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements in systems and processes
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years DevOps/Platform Engineering experience
- Strong cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Scripting/programming (Node.js, Python)
- Troubleshoot distributed systems, production issues
- Linux/Unix systems knowledge
- API integrations debugging
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Identity/auth systems (OIDC, SAML, CIAM)
- Customer-facing platforms (LMS, Support Portals, Community Systems)
- Integration with Zendesk, Gainsight

- Azure services (Functions, Static Web Apps, App Services, Storage)
