About the role

Affluent Business team at Axis Bank focuses on delivering personalized wealth management for ultra‑high net‑worth clients. The Senior Partner cultivates and manages UHNI relationships, creates acquisition plans, and advises on banking, investment, estate and tax solutions. Works from the Mumbai office, on‑site, collaborating with product and research teams to tailor offerings to client risk profiles.

What you’ll do

• Create and execute plans to acquire new high‑value customers
• Leverage networks and referrals to source prospective clients
• Identify and fulfill banking, financial and wealth‑management needs of clients
• Provide product and service recommendations based on client risk profile
• Collaborate with internal referral sources and product teams
• Manage UHNI relationships across family and business entities

What you’ll bring

• CA or CFA
• Business Management or relevant Post Graduate degree
• AMFI certification
• IRDA certification
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language
• Strong networking and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to manage complex client situations
