Program Manager - Vendor & Partnership Management

About the role

The Program Manager for Vendor & Partnership Management leads the end-to-end lifecycle of vendor and partnership engagements across Mumbai and Noida. This on-site role involves driving commercial negotiations, managing contracts, validating invoices, and monitoring vendor performance against KPIs. The position requires coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational efficiency while serving as the primary point of contact for external partners.

What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end vendor and partnership management lifecycle
• Drive commercial discussions and support contract negotiations
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement for agreement execution
• Validate vendor invoices against contractual terms and deliverables
• Track vendor performance through defined KPIs and SLAs
• Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on vendor metrics
• Identify process improvement opportunities and establish governance mechanisms

What you’ll bring

• 4–6 years of experience in Vendor or Partnership Management
• Strong understanding of commercial negotiations and contract management
• Experience with invoice validation and vendor governance processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience with procurement or ERP systems
