About the role

WSP seeks a Senior Consultant in Design Management to support the UK Design Manager on complex projects in Bengaluru. The role involves coordinating design processes, administering project activities, and ensuring efficient task completion across all phases. This hybrid position requires strong administrative and communication skills to manage international project delivery.

What you’ll do

• Support the overall design and project management process
• Coordinate and administer project activities across all phases
• Assist in managing and coordinating the design process
• Record design change processes and implement effective protocols
• Act as main point of contact for day-to-day project delivery
• Provide administrative support to the UK Design Manager
• Ensure project tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Analyze information from different sources for reporting

What you’ll bring

• 9+ years of experience in a similar role
• Conversant with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Knowledge of industry standards in Design Management
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to analyze information and create reports or spreadsheets
