About the role

FNZ Technology team builds a global wealth management platform enabling high‑transactional, real‑time financial services. The Development Team Lead designs and builds APIs, leads full‑stack development, mentors developers, and ensures code quality and performance. Based in Pune, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Define and design APIs and external system interfaces
• Lead design and implementation of high‑availability financial tools
• Mentor new developers and provide training
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure robust solutions
• Stay updated with industry practices and recommend new technologies
• Resolve technical issues impeding development progress
• Contribute to global technical strategy projects

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years experience
• Expert in Microsoft .NET, C# and SQL Server
• Proficient in ASP.NET, JavaScript and ReactJS
• Familiar with ASP.NET MVC and VB.NET
• Understanding of financial products and markets
• Experience with web services
• Knowledge of code analysis or automated testing tools
• Bachelor's degree or higher
