About the role
Digital Transformation Office at L&T Precision Engineering drives site-level digital initiatives. The Digital Officer executes the enterprise digital strategy, leads Industry 4.0 projects, and ensures adoption of IoT, analytics, and AI tools across manufacturing, quality, maintenance and supply chain. Talegaon, on-site, full-time role with stakeholder management and change leadership responsibilities.
What you’ll do
- Deploy site digital strategy aligned with plant objectives
- Lead end‑to‑end digital projects from concept to deployment
- Coordinate with central IT and external vendors
- Act as primary interface between operations and digital teams
- Drive user adoption through training and change management
- Promote data‑driven decision making with dashboards and KPIs
