About the role

Oracle SAAS EPM-ARCS Senior Functional Analyst role focuses on designing, configuring, integrating, and testing the Account Reconciliation solution (ARCS) within the Enterprise Performance Management suite. The analyst collaborates with technical experts to architect new initiatives, define project scope, and lead proof‑of‑concept developments. Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and general ledger systems is essential, along with experience in Hyperion EPM implementation and integration with third‑party services. The position requires excellent communication skills, solution‑design expertise, and readiness to travel as needed.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or equivalent
• Minimum 6-8 years experience in EPM/ARCS
• Strong knowledge of Finance/Accounting and General Ledger
• Experience with Hyperion EPM Suite
• Proficiency in solution design and integration

Nice to have

• Experience with PBCS, EDMCS, FCCS
• Knowledge of Reconciliation Compliance & Transaction Matching
• Experience in requirement gathering and solution design
• Strong communication skills
