About the role
Security Delivery team at Accenture drives implementation and delivery of Oracle Security Services projects, ensuring clients achieve robust security postures across Fusion FIN, HCM, and SCM. The Lead manages a team of Cloud Security Administrators, partners with stakeholders to address risks, designs incident response plans, and continuously improves the security program through audits and risk assessments. Based in Bengaluru/Gurugram, on-site work model with hybrid flexibility as needed.
What you’ll do
- Manage Cloud Security Administrators team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks
- Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures
- Conduct regular security audits, assessments, and risk management activities
- Create and customize Oracle roles and segregation of duties controls
What you’ll bring
- Oracle Security FIN/HCM/SCM expertise
- Oracle Cloud GRC configuration
- RMC modules AAC, AFC, FRC knowledge
- Segregation of Duties (SOD) implementation
- Identity governance and role management
Nice to have
- 12+ years overall IT experience
- 7+ years Oracle Security & RMC experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
- Oracle RMC certification preferred
