About the role

Aerospace Engineering team at Quest Global designs advanced gas turbine engine components. The Lead Aero Design Engineer drives conceptual design, 3D CAD modeling, FEA analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure regulatory compliance and manufacturability of LPT and HPC modules. Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, on‑site work required.

What you’ll do

Lead conceptualization and design of gas turbine engine components
Develop and validate 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings
Perform complex thermal and structural FEA analyses
Ensure designs meet regulatory and certification standards
Collaborate with production, manufacturing, and material teams for DFMA
Guide design reviews and technical decision‑making
Mentor junior engineers and promote design excellence
Participate in engine testing and performance validation

What you’ll bring

8+ years of design experience
Expertise in gas turbine engine components
Regulatory compliance knowledge for aviation authorities
Proficiency with UG NX and SolidWorks CAD tools
Advanced FEA and thermal analysis skills
Design for manufacturability (DFMA) experience
