About the role
Qualcomm IT is seeking a Staff Java Fullstack Developer to drive Generative AI and agentic AI solutions for legal and IP platforms. The role architects and builds high‑performance web applications, integrates LLM/GenAI technologies, and ensures responsible AI deployment. Hyderabad, Telangāna, India and Bangalore, India, on‑site work model.

- Architect and develop scalable web applications
- Integrate GenAI and agentic AI into IP workflows
- Collaborate with legal and IP stakeholders
- Ensure secure, maintainable application architecture
- Mentor development teams and lead design reviews
- Implement responsible AI guardrails and governance
- Drive engineering best practices and scalability
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise solutions
What you’ll bring
- 11+ years software development
- 8-10 years Java/Python full‑stack
- 4+ years designing distributed systems
- Strong LLM/GenAI expertise (LangChain, LangGraph)
- AWS services (EC2, EKS, S3, Lambda)
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, SonarQube)
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Science
Nice to have
