About the role

What you’ll do

  • Provide L2/L3 support for IAM platforms ensuring high availability
  • Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and SSO issues across applications
  • Support integrations with Auth0, Azure AD, AWS Cognito, and enterprise systems
  • Manage user lifecycle activities including provisioning and access updates
  • Monitor IAM systems, respond to incidents, and meet SLA targets
  • Collaborate with application teams to resolve IAM‑related problems
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and assist in audits and compliance checks

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years IAM support experience
  • Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML
  • Experience with Auth0 or similar IAM platforms
  • Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP IAM services
  • Proficiency in Java or .NET for troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA environments
