About the role

What you’ll do
- Define and execute enterprise Python and AI agent platform strategy
- Lead ~15‑engineer agile teams including AI‑assisted developers
- Architect scalable data pipelines and microservices for risk analytics
- Drive AI Product Development Lifecycle and model governance
- Implement GenAI agent ecosystems with HITL frameworks
- Ensure data governance, quality, lineage, and compliance
- Partner with risk, finance, and retail banking stakeholders
- Mentor senior engineers and foster innovation
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years enterprise application development or data engineering
- 8+ years leading multi‑team Agile organizations
- Advanced Python, PySpark, Databricks expertise
- Architected enterprise AI/GenAI platforms with LLM integration
- Experience with AI‑assisted development tools (Devin.AI, Copilot)
- Microservices, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Kafka streaming
- Regulatory data platforms (CCAR, FDIC)
- Cloud platforms AWS/Azure/GCP
