Senior Power Platform & AI Developer

About the role

Inizio is a global partner supporting health and life science companies by turning science into strategy across the product and patient journey. The Senior Power Platform & AI Developer joins the digital transformation team to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions across the full Microsoft Power Platform suite. Day-to-day work includes building Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio solutions, integrating AI capabilities, enforcing governance, managing ALM pipelines, and mentoring junior developers. The role is based in Gurugram, India.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions across Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities using AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery including design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Enforce Power Platform governance standards including CoE policies, DLP, and environment strategy
• Manage ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub for solution deployment
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and citizen developers
• Document solution designs, data flows, and technical specifications to enterprise standards

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development across multiple components
• Deep hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows), and Power BI
• Strong proficiency in Dataverse, Power Fx, DAX, and custom connectors
• Experience building Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and integrating AI Builder models
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams in an Agile delivery environment
• Ability to lead end-to-end solution delivery including design, development, testing, deployment, and support
