About the role

We are looking for an experienced React Native Developer to join our team and enhance our mobile applications for both iOS and Android. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new features, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the performance and quality of the app. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React Native development, experience with React Native version upgrades, and a solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile UI/UX principles.

What you’ll do

  • Enhance and maintain existing React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to implement new features
  • Work with junior developers, guide and support development effort
  • Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of the app
  • Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
  • Assist in the upgrade of the React Native version and manage migration issues (if applicable)
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years of professional experience in React Native development
  • Proven experience in building and deploying iOS and Android apps
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and ES6+ features
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, Redux, and third-party libraries
  • Experience with mobile app debugging, performance tuning, and testing
  • Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
  • Experience with version control (Git)
