Senior User Experience Designer

About the role

Product team at WebEngage builds a marketing automation suite that helps brands engage customers across channels. The Senior User Experience Designer will lead the creation of intuitive digital experiences for the web platform and mobile app, translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and conducting usability testing. Based in Mumbai with a partially remote work model, the role offers a collaborative environment, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

What you’ll do

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Research, sketch, prototype, and test user experiences
• Design UI specifications optimized for various devices
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
• Make strategic UX decisions for core and new features
• Collaborate with product and engineering managers
• Communicate design processes and solutions to stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years UX/UI design experience
• Strong portfolio of web and mobile designs
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
• Experience with mobile‑first and responsive design
• Knowledge of interaction design and information architecture
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or JavaScript
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
