• Perform document scrutiny for account opening and service requests
• Execute data entry for account opening and service requests
• Process customer transactions accurately within defined turnaround times
• Ensure compliance with operational checklists and quality standards
• Support daily operations following system-based procedures and controls
• Liaise with other teams within Retail Liability Operations for coordination and issue resolution

What you’ll bring

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years banking operations or customer service processing experience
• Familiarity with MS Excel
• Familiarity with MS PowerPoint
• Attention to detail
