Software Engineer II

About the role

The Software Engineer II role involves designing, developing, and troubleshooting software programs for enhancements and new products. Day-to-day duties include coding, testing, debugging, and providing application support while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This full-time position is located in India and operates on a remote work model.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, code, test, and debug system software
• Provide administration, development, and application support for end users
• Review code and design software solutions
• Participate in configuring and integrating third-party software components
• Perform root cause analysis of technical issues in customer environments
• Address and resolve software bugs and log all incidents
• Engage in review and development of test documentation
• Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on projects

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training
• Ability to perform root cause analysis of network and operating system issues
• Understanding of how to configure third-party software components and technologies
• Excellent communication skills in English (both speaking and writing)
• Ability to collaborate and work remotely using communication tools
