About the role

Data Integration & Management team at LTM LIMITED focuses on building robust data pipelines and governance frameworks for enterprise clients. The Senior Principal leads architecture design, consulting engagements, and team development to deliver end‑to‑end data integration solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments. Hyderabad office, on-site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement data integration architectures
• Lead consulting assignments for tool selection and best practices
• Develop data ingestion frameworks and APIs
• Establish data lineage and governance charters
• Collaborate with cloud architects and application owners
• Build and mentor a consulting delivery team
• Conduct regular project reviews and stakeholder meetings
• Align solutions with industry vertical requirements (BFSI, Manufacturing, CPG Retail)

What you’ll bring

• 15-22 years experience
• Proficient in ETL tools: Informatica IICS, Talend Cloud, Fivetran, DBT
• Hands‑on ETL design and migration to cloud
• Experience with MDM tools (Informatica MDM, Stibo, Profisee)
• Familiarity with data catalog tools (Informatica EDM, Collibra, Alation)
• Consulting background in data integration architecture
• Define data governance processes
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, MS Fabric)
