Collaborates with Engineering Round Table, 7x24 on‑call team, and senior management.

What you’ll do

• Drive strategy, roadmap for new features, architectures, standards
• Provide onsite support, on-call rotation, weekend/weeknight coverage
• Perform system maintenance, server provisioning, infrastructure projects
• Create/maintain support documentation, conformance/capacity validation
• Troubleshoot Windows, Citrix, virtual machines, endpoint protection
• Deliver Tier 3 support for Windows OS, Citrix, Intune, VMware
• Lead incident response, forensic analysis, rapid resolution
• Design engineered solutions, scripting, automation, workflow documentation

What you’ll bring

• Strong business writing & presentation skills

• Extensive scripting (VB, PowerShell, WMI, Batch, SQL) expertise
• VMware PowerCLI, Intune, Microsoft Defender, EDR knowledge
• SCCM, Systems Center, Systrack, Splunk monitoring skills
• NIST, CIS compliance reporting experience
• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) proficiency
• Excellent communication, analytical, quantitative research abilities
• Proven incident response, troubleshooting, and project management
