About the role

Global Capability Centre (GCC) India - Rail Metro Delivery Unit BIM team at WSP designs and delivers rail infrastructure using advanced BIM processes. The Senior BIM Modeller creates and maintains 3D models and detailed drawings across feasibility to construction, coordinating with UK and international rail disciplines. Bengaluru office, hybrid work model, with collaboration across multiple projects.

What you’ll do

• Develop engineering BIM models and drawings per standards
• Play proactive role in design process across multiple projects
• Utilize Revit, ACC, MicroStation, AECOsim, ProjectWise, AutoCAD, iTwin
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures
• Take responsibility for personal development with manager support
• Assist in developing team members

What you’ll bring

• Proficient in Revit, BIM 360/ACC, MicroStation, AECOsim/OpenBuilding, ProjectWise, AutoCAD, iTwin
• Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D CAD drawings
• Experience developing detailed drawings from sketches
• Coordinate design and drawing production with multidisciplinary teams
• Manage multiple project scopes and predict timelines
• Enforce BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and Uniclass 2015
• UK/International rail project experience
• Supervise and coordinate CAD output of others
