About the role
75F is a global leader in IoT-based Building Automation & Energy Efficiency solutions for commercial buildings, headquartered in the US with offices across India, Singapore, and the Middle East. The Application Engineer in Bengaluru provides application and product support, acts as a product application expert for internal teams and customers, troubleshoots equipment controllers and advanced sequences of operation, and provides remote start-up assistance. The role also involves designing sequences of operation for HVAC air and water systems, developing workflows using Niagara APIs, and working on North American projects as part of a remote engineering and commissioning team.
What you’ll do
- Provide application and product support
- Act as a product application expert for internal teams and customers
- Troubleshoot equipment controllers, advanced sequences of operation, and provide remote start-up assistance
- Investigate issues, develop solutions, and provide recommendations
- Maintain technical proficiency through ongoing training and professional development
- Work on North American projects as part of a remote engineering and commissioning team
- Design and create sequences of operation for HVAC air and water systems to optimize building performance
- Develop and implement workflows using real-time data through Niagara APIs for seamless integration with Niagara supervisory control systems
What you’ll bring
- 4-6 years of experience in Commercial Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Niagara N4 certification
- Strong knowledge of Tridium Wire Sheet programming
- Experience in designing, integrating, and troubleshooting systems using BACnet MS/TP and Modbus RTU protocols
- Expertise in Niagara worksheet programming to develop sequences for HVAC air and water systems
- Hands-on experience working with Niagara APIs to build workflows utilizing real-time data
- Experience in working on North American projects, providing remote engineering and commissioning support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
