About the role

LogiNext is seeking an Associate Vice President - Product Engineering - Security in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India to lead the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of security infrastructure and tools protecting internal and external assets across corporate networks and applications. As the primary SME and technical resource, you will own security architecture and design, facilitate documentation, review changes from other cybersecurity teams as a critical check and balance, and work with application development teams to implement DevSecOps with automated testing. The role requires adapting quickly to constant change while building efficient processes, workflows, and methodologies for the organization's most critical security components.

What you’ll do

  • Design, implement, and lead the build-out of security infrastructure and tools
  • Function as the SME for security-related infrastructure, architecture, and operations
  • Take functional ownership of all security-related architecture and design following enterprise cybersecurity team standards
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of implementations, upgrades, configuration changes, and break/fix activities
  • Assist Enterprise Cybersecurity teams with hardening initiatives including monitoring for baseline configuration compliance across systems and tools
  • Identify and recommend material changes to policies, standards, architecture, and best practices with strong evidence to enhance security posture
  • Work closely with application development teams to ensure successful DevSecOps implementation with automated testing using tools and processes you create
  • Create and maintain accurate and detailed guidelines and procedures

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber Security, or a directly related field (or equivalent work experience plus cyber security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Azure Securi
  • 11 to 14 years working in Cyber Security
  • At least one professional-level technical certification such as CCNP – Security, GIAC certifications, or another industry-recognized security-related certification
  • Experience in SOC II, ISO, and VAPT
  • 3+ years acting as SME, architect, or principal engineer on large-scale security infrastructure projects
  • Design and implementation experience with tools such as BigFix, InTune, Imperva, Snort, Nessus/Nexpose, and similar tools
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide authentication and identity solutions
  • Experience with Azure AD/Active Directory SSO, MFA, Application Registration, Identity Federation, and Automation
