About the role

What you’ll do
- Drive product and marketing initiatives launched by central product team
- Meet and service trade-related client queries by liaising with operations and product teams
- Achieve income and FCY throughput targets for TFX products
- Manage portfolio quality including digital activation and product penetration
- Support customer acquisition plans and conduct training for sales teams
- Cultivate relationships with individual and corporate customers
- Evaluate growth strategy through competitor analysis
- Recommend process improvements for service efficiency
What you’ll bring
- Graduate – Any
- Post Graduate – Finance (MBA preferred)
Nice to have
- 12+ years of relevant branch banking experience
- Experience in trade and foreign exchange products
