About the role
International Deal Strategy team at HubSpot builds systems and workflows that support global growth. As a Deal Desk Analyst you will own high‑volume commercial workflows, partner across Sales, Finance, Legal and Customer Success, and drive process improvements and automation, including AI‑enabled solutions. Bengaluru, Hybrid, relocation available
What you’ll do
- Own and execute Deal Desk and quote‑to‑cash workflows
- Support non‑standard commercial requests and approvals
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams
- Identify and implement workflow efficiencies
- Contribute to system enhancements and automation projects
- Advise regional sales teams to accelerate deal execution
What you’ll bring
- 3-6 years Deal Desk or Revenue Operations experience
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience with commercial processes and policy compliance
- Effective cross‑functional communication
Nice to have
- SaaS sales environment experience
- Familiarity with CRM, CPQ, contract management
- Process improvement and automation background
