About the role

AECOM seeks a Power Platform Developer in Bengaluru to build Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, Power BI reports, and Power Automate flows for infrastructure clients. This hybrid role involves designing Dataverse solutions, collaborating with UX designers, and supporting digital transformation initiatives within the EC operations team. The position requires strong technical expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

What you’ll do

Build Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps to meet client requirements
Design and implement Dataverse databases and SharePoint lists
Build data models and insightful visualizations using Power BI
Create Flows within Power Automate for processes and approvals
Build external-facing portals using Power Portals
Troubleshoot and support established Power Platform solutions
Collect and evaluate requirements from users and stakeholders
Collaborate with UX Designers and Data Scientists on holistic solutions

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree or MCA
5-8 years’ experience in Microsoft Power Platform
Hands-on experience with Canvas/Model-Driven Power Apps
Experience building Dataverse databases and SharePoint lists
Ability to structure PowerBI data models and build reports
Experience building workflows using Power Automate
Basic knowledge of SQL and database design
Experience working with APIs including OAuth

Nice to have

Portfolio of previous Power Platform/web development work
Exposure to Azure services
Knowledge of Python, C#, HTML5, and JavaScript
Experience with SPFx development
