About the role

Renewals Operations team at Rubrik ensures accurate forecasting and timely processing of all customer renewals. The analyst maintains CRM data integrity, scrubs pipelines, resolves operational inquiries, and addresses system constraints to support renewal bookings. Works closely with Renewal Sales Representatives and the Renewal Operations Manager, creating monthly dashboards and ad‑hoc reports. Bangalore office, on‑site schedule with night‑shift flexibility as needed.

What you’ll do

Maintain CRM field accuracy and pipeline integrity
Perform regular pipeline scrubbing and data validation
Intake, analyze, and resolve renewal operational inquiries
Address system constraints impacting renewal processes
Utilize Salesforce for stage management and tracking
Analyze non‑standard deals for accurate ARR allocation
Track manually inputted deals for consistency
Create and distribute monthly management dashboards and ad‑hoc reports

What you’ll bring

2-5 years sales operations or order management experience
Experience in renewal business and high‑volume transaction environments
Familiarity with financial/revenue recognition principles
Proficiency with Tableau, Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments accurately
Expertise in building and maintaining reporting workstreams
