About the role
Global Government & Public Sector (GPS) Business Consulting Transformation Delivery team at EY helps governments redesign services and operations through data‑driven performance improvement and large‑scale transformation programs. The Senior Consultant leads monitoring and evaluation efforts, applies consulting frameworks to analyze challenges, and uses data analytics to track outcomes and drive decision‑making. Based in New Delhi, on‑site role with occasional travel to client sites.
What you’ll do
- Lead monitoring and evaluation of transformation programs
- Analyze business challenges using structured consulting frameworks
- Interpret operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Develop data‑analytics solutions to support decision‑making
- Provide evidence‑based insights to drive performance tracking
What you’ll bring
- Master or Bachelor in Data Science, Economics or related field
- 5+ years experience in monitoring & evaluation
- Strong analytical and data‑visualization skills
- Proficiency with consulting frameworks and performance metrics
- Ability to work collaboratively across client departments
