About the role

Testing Services team at Birlasoft focuses on delivering high-quality software through rigorous manual testing processes. As a Technical Lead, you will review specifications, design and execute manual test cases, analyze results, and report defects to development teams, while mentoring junior testers. This role is based in Bengaluru, India, on-site.

What you’ll bring

• Proficiency in manual testing methodologies
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Nice to have

• Experience with automated testing tools
• SQL and scripting knowledge
• Agile/Scrum principles
• Performance or security testing familiarity
• API testing experience
• Bug tracking tools like JIRA
