HR Associate Partner

About the role

The HR Associate Partner role within Amazon Last Mile (AMZL) in Bangalore focuses on enhancing the associate experience for 50–500 employees. Day-to-day duties include handling HR queries, managing time and attendance, supporting payroll accuracy, and leading process improvement initiatives. This full-time position is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

What you’ll do

• Address associate queries and facilitate engagement activities
• Manage time and attendance schedules and report irregularities
• Partner with payroll teams to ensure accurate inputs
• Audit and modify rosters for site accuracy
• Assist operations teams with peak-related activities
• Lead process improvement initiatives to maximize resource value
• Navigate internal Amazon systems to execute job duties
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, RME, and Safety leadership

What you’ll bring

• 6+ months of human resources experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 6+ months of Microsoft Office products experience
• Experience working in confidential environments
