About the role

Fund Services Private Equity team at Citco delivers end‑to‑end fund administration for complex private equity structures. The PE Supervisor maintains books, calculates NAVs, prepares financial statements, manages fee calculations, oversees capital calls and distributions, and serves as the primary client contact while supervising junior staff. Pune, India, on‑site work model with relocation support available.

What you’ll do

• Maintain books and records and calculate fund NAVs
• Prepare and review financial statements and performance reports
• Calculate carried interest, performance and incentive fees
• Manage capital calls, distributions and investor allocations
• Supervise junior staff and sign off their work
• Act as primary client contact and coordinate with Investor Relations
• Monitor senior accountants’ development and provide training
• Assist AVP in meeting client deliverables and audit timelines

What you’ll bring

• Professional accounting qualification – CA, CPA, ACCA or similar
• Minimum of 4 – 5 years’ experience in private equity or fund administration
• Experience with IFRS accounting and consolidations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
• Experience with enterprise accounting systems
• Strong communication skills in English
