About the role

Survey Solutions and Insights team at Accenture designs and deploys surveys to generate data‑driven insights for global stakeholders. The Analytics and Modeling Specialist leads end‑to‑end survey analytics engagements, mentors junior analysts, and translates complex findings into actionable business recommendations. Gurugram, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Lead design and delivery of survey analytics projects
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative results into actionable narratives
• Apply methodological judgment to select appropriate analytical methods
• Manage stakeholder inputs and project execution
• Mentor team members and improve process efficiency

What you’ll bring

• 9-12 years relevant experience
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics or related discipline

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or R
• Power BI visualization
• IBM SPSS or equivalent
• Survey design and research methods
• Multivariate analysis, segmentation, time series
• Sentiment analysis and text classification
• Stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Mentoring junior analysts
