About the role
IQVIA seeks a Rave Custom Function Programmer to design and optimize database solutions for clinical research environments. What you’ll do
- Designs or modifies database designs to solve processing problems considering equipment capacity and limitations
- Performs database analysis and design tasks for databases in the production environment
- Ensures databases meet operational standards including reliability and response time
- Participates in database consultations and design reviews
- Develops and implements backup and recovery strategies
- Performs administration, monitoring, tuning, and support of production databases
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Two (2) years of information technology experience
- One (1) year experience in database administration
