Fullstack Gen AI Lead

About the role

Cloud Platform Engineering team builds a managed multi‑cloud application hosting platform for a Big 4 consulting client. The Senior Full Stack Engineer designs and implements back‑end services in Python and front‑end UIs in React, leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate development while ensuring production‑grade quality. Role is primarily remote with one day per week on‑site in Noida, hybrid work model, and collaboration with an India‑based pod and client cloud engineering leads.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement backend services and frontend UIs for the platform
• Use AI coding tools to generate, validate, and harden code
• Collaborate on architecture with client cloud engineering team
• Implement testing, observability, and reliability practices
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and sprint ceremonies

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years overall development experience
• 3+ years Python backend (FastAPI/Django/Flask)
• 3+ years React SPA development
• 3+ years Azure cloud experience
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
• Agile product team experience
