What you’ll do

• Develop high-quality technical training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Design and develop self‑paced online courses and short‑form content
• Ensure content quality, accuracy, and engaging learning experience
• Lead training projects and coordinate with cross‑functional teams
• Incorporate AI tools into learning environments

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years of relevant experience in technology industry
• Master’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or related fields
• Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory
• Experience developing training with Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia
• Ability to understand technical content in AI, wireless, IoT
• Leadership experience managing teams and projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Willingness to work online meetings US time zones
